As part of its Community Engagements for the wellbeing of families in need due to the circumstances and socio-economic impacts of COVID-19, the RCSS reached out to partners who willingly donate towards our cause to ‘better lives of families’. On Friday 19th March, we received dry and frozen goods from the International Foods Solutions (IFS), a local company dealing in mostly wholesale imported goods; to an amount of over 132, 000 Seychelles Rupees. The goods comprising of biscuits, yogurt, sugar and others will be disbursed to schools especially to cater for children from vulnerable families and to other places where needed, according to the RCSS established screening information.

The goods were handed over to the RCSS by the HR Manager of IFS Ms. Angela Figaro, at our Headquarters at Providence in the presence of the President of the National Society, Mr. Kisnan Tamatave; the Secretary General Ms. Marie-May Esparon and other RCSS staff.
The RCSS would like to once again thank the IFS and other current and future partners for their generous giving. We are only one but together with you we can reach out to the community and make many lives much better.
