The National Committee of the Red Cross Society of Seychelles is the body governing the Red Cross Society of Seychelles.

The National Committee is presided by the President of the Red Cross Society of Seychelles, or in his/her absence by a designate Vice-President.
It takes all its decisions with a quorum of one half of its members and by a majority of those present and voting and in the absence of a quorum by two thirds of the members present and voting.
Each of its members has a single vote.
