Proudly attired in his new Red Cross vest, Minister Flavien Joubert visited the Red Cross Society of Seychelles Headquarters on Saturday 09th December to provide some much-needed encouragement and praises to volunteers and staff of the National Society.
The Minister for Environment, Climate Change and Agriculture has toured the building, accompanied by the Secretary General of the Seychelles Red Cross. Minister Joubert noted that he has always wanted to be a volunteer, a novice to better understand the workings, roles & functions of the Red Cross. Thus, it was only ideal to present him with his vest upon his visit to the RCSS HQ. RCSS volunteers welcomed him amidst cheers.
