The RCSS receives the Pride of the Republic of Seychelles Award for its outstanding contribution in combatting the COVID 19. The National Awards Presentation ceremony, the first to be done in Seychelles took place at State House. RCSS volunteer, Harry Dingwall, blood donor, received the Medal of Merit for having donated the most blood in the country.
